As a Customer Support Executive at MetaShot, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and issues. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer queries and responses over emails, phone, LinkedIn, social media platforms or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department or direct manager.
Continuously update your knowledge of MetaShot s products and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries. Follow company policies and procedures to handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges.
Knowledge and ability to manage CRM / CMS systems.
Actively engage and participate in offline community events or meetings as appropriate and when required.
What we are looking for :
Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer support role.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Language skills: Fluent English and Hindi
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred
Working knowledge of FreshDesk will be an added advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently under pressure.
