Central Head - Mall Management
Position: Central Head - Mall Management
Location: Alwar, Rajasthan
Industry: Real Estate/Retail/Mall Management

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all facets of mall management. Align mall operations with organizational goals and drive profitability.

Leasing Management:

Oversee leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants that align with the malls vision and target customer base. Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring optimal financial outcomes and compliance with company policies. Build strong relationships with existing and potential tenants to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Operational Excellence:

Manage 360-degree mall operations, including: Technical Services: Oversee infrastructure maintenance, safety, and compliance.
Soft Services: Manage housekeeping, security, and customer service.

Monitor the performance of outsourced service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage budgets for operations, leasing, and marketing activities.

Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions to achieve cost optimization and profitability.

Marketing and Customer Engagement:

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement events, promotions, and campaigns to increase footfall.

Ensure an excellent shopping experience by enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.

Develop and implement disaster management and contingency plans.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team to drive performance and achieve operational goals.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, tenants, vendors, and community organizations.

K ey Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.

Experience:

3-4 years of experience in mall management, retail operations, or real estate.

Proven expertise in leasing, technical services, and facilities management.

Skills:

1. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
4. Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
