Sales Manager (Commercial Leasing)

THE BOARDROOM co-working has 2 new centres with 800 seating capacity at Baner Pune.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets of co-working space
• Develop and maintain relationships with Commercial Brokers, Clients understanding market needs and preferences.
• Generate leads and maintain occupancy targets for both the centres
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, & referrals
• Conduct presentations & tours of the coworking spaces
• Negotiate & close sales contract
• Build partnerships with brokers & industry partners

Required Candidate profile:

• Good Communication Skill
• Good connect with brokers, IPCs, Channel Partners
• 3-4 yrs of expereince in commercial real estate/ coworking sales
• Meeting sales & revenue goals
• Experience in Commercial Leasing/Coworking
• Open to travel within Pune
