Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a dynamic and growing real estate channel partner firm. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real estate sales, team management, and client relationship building, specifically in the Gurgaon market.

Role & responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Drive sales for residential and commercial properties in Gurgaon.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Team Leadership:

• Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance.
• Set clear goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within the team.

Client Relationship:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Identify and target new customer segments in the Gurgaon real estate market.

Coordination:

• Liaise with developers and internal teams for seamless deal closure.
• Ensure excellent after-sales service and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3+ years in a Gurgaon-based real estate channel partner firm (mandatory).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market, including residential and commercial projects.
