Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Processing/Temporary Staffing Manager to oversee payroll process and staffing functions ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations and coordinating with clients to manage their payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of compliance, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), compensation structures, maintaining accurate records, and a strong understanding of government business processes. Additionally, this role includes business development responsibilities to grow the client base.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2756 Payroll Processing:
- Manage and oversee the entire payroll process for temporary staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
- Handle TDS calculations and filings in compliance with government regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
\u2756 Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to payroll and staffing.
- Stay updated on labour laws, tax regulations, and other relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Manage relationships with government bodies and agencies for compliance-related matters.
\u2756 Client Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding payroll matters.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and ensure compliance with their policies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on payroll status and issues.
\u2756 Compensation Management:
- Develop and manage compensation structures
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation policies and practices.
\u2756 Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyse payroll and staffing reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Prepare reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
\u2756 Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Present payroll services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create business development strategies.
\u2756 Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll and staffing efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for payroll and staffing.

- Maintain and update payroll systems and software.
