About the Role:
- The Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.
- They will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensure a positive candidate experience, track recruitment metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization's values and culture to potential candidates.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the talent acquisition process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior executives to understand specific departmental needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding recruitment trends and strategies.
