Position Overview:
As AGM - Sales, you will be at the forefront of AiSensy's growth in the digital advertising and ad-tech space.
Your role will focus on building and leading high-performing sales teams, nurturing client relationships, and driving advertising revenue by positioning AiSensy as the preferred solution for ad-tech and marketing automation.
This is a leadership role demanding strategic vision, tactical execution, and deep expertise in advertising and digital sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy focused on advertising and ad-tech solutions, aligned with AiSensy's overall revenue goals.
- Identify untapped markets and potential growth opportunities to expand AiSensy's footprint in the ad-tech ecosystem.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring individual growth and achieving collective targets.
- Foster a results-driven team culture by inspiring collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the ad-tech domain, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
- Understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions to achieve advertising objectives, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Revenue Growth & Deal Closing:
- Lead negotiations and close high-value advertising contracts.
- Focus on achieving and surpassing quarterly revenue targets through data-driven decision-making and scalable sales strategies.
Market Insights & Competitive Positioning:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ad-tech innovations, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and enhance client offerings.
- Act as AiSensy's representative at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility.
Process Optimization & Tools:
- Establish and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Leverage CRM systems and sales enablement tools to streamline workflows, track KPIs, and forecast accurately.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and an exceptional client journey.
- Provide feedback from the field to guide product development and service enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:
- 6+ years in sales leadership roles, with 3+ years in the ad-tech or digital advertising industry.
- Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving high-value revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to close large-scale advertising contracts and maintain long-term client partnerships.
Industry Knowledge:
- Expertise in ad-tech platforms, advertising solutions, and digital marketing technologies.
- Familiarity with advertising sales cycles, trends, and competitive landscapes.
Skills:.
Strong leadership and team-building skills to motivate and inspire high-performance teams.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of closing deals with senior stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and improve sales outcomes.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g , Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
