Recruiter - Assistant Manager/Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Expertise in utilizing HR Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), leveraging data analytics for recruitment insights, and maintaining accurate recruitment databases is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection to final onboarding.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine hiring processes to attract top talent.

HR ATS & Database Management:

• Efficiently utilize HR ATS systems to track candidate progress, automate workflows, and improve hiring efficiency.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports from the ATS, providing actionable insights to improve hiring processes.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Use recruitment analytics to monitor performance, track hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, etc.), and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare regular hiring reports and dashboards to inform key stakeholders of recruitment progress and challenges.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding:

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Assist with pre-onboarding and post-hiring activities, including background checks, offer letters, and orientation scheduling.

Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in tech or AI-based companies.

• Proficiency in using HR ATS (such as Workday, Greenhouse, or similar systems) and recruitment analytics tools.

• Strong organizational and database management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on candidate experience. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
