Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all organizational levels.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Build and sustain a robust talent pipeline through internal and external networks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with local employment laws during hiring processes.

2. Organizational Development (OD):

• Partner with leadership to identify and address organizational needs through OD initiatives.
• Drive cultural transformation efforts to align workforce behaviors with company values and goals.
• Implement strategies to boost employee engagement, motivation, and productivity.
• Lead succession planning and talent management to nurture future leaders.

3. Strategic HR Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with JSW Corporate HR to align local HR practices with broader corporate strategies.
• Maintain and analyze HR data through HR MIS systems for insightful reporting and decision-making.
• Provide actionable insights on critical metrics such as employee turnover and engagement.

4. Training & Development:

• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct training needs assessments and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through performance improvements and feedback.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Strong expertise in recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR operations in industrial settings.
• Proven experience in organizational development and training methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other workforce management tools.
