Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for finance and accounts roles, from job requisition through sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Lead efforts to identify and source top talent for roles including Business Finance, Treasury, Taxation, AP/AR, and Revenue-related positions. Utilize sourcing tools, ATS, and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Inside Sales Hiring: Manage and drive recruitment for inside sales roles, ensuring the attraction and placement of top talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers. Understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support to ensure business goals are met.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with external recruitment vendors to enhance candidate pipelines and manage contracts, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment services.
  • Data Management and MIS Reporting: Efficiently manage recruitment data, provide regular updates and detailed MIS reports to senior management on key recruitment metrics.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with internal teams, candidates, and vendors. Ensure clarity, transparency, and timely responses throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 and more years of experience in corporate recruitment with a focus on finance and accounts roles such as Business Finance, Taxation, Accounts Payable, Revenue roles, and inside sales.
  • Expertise in Finance & Accounts: A strong understanding of finance and accounts roles, including business finance, AP/AR, revenue, taxation, and treasury.
  • Sourcing and ATS Proficiency: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
  • Data Management and MIS Reporting: Demonstrated ability in managing recruitment data, creating and presenting MIS reports to leadership.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Experience working with senior leadership and external vendors to streamline the hiring process.
  • Inside Sales Hiring: Proven success in managing inside sales recruitment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders.
