Job Title : Team Leader MIS (Management Information Systems).

About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled Team Leader MIS to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of reporting analysts to deliver insights that support decision-making and streamline processes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ reporting analysts/MIS executives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports and dashboards.
- Oversee the creation, development, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and leadership teams, to ensure reporting needs are met and results are achieved.
- Develop, maintain, and manage client-specific MIS reports and identify opportunities to streamline internal and client processes.
- Analyze complex datasets and transform them into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
- Provide coaching, development, and support to your team to ensure success both individually and collectively.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Team Management : At least 4 years of experience in team management, preferably in an MIS or data analytics-related field.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI for reporting and data analysis. Intermediate knowledge of T-SQL.
- Analytical Skills : Strong data interpretation and analytics skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Communication : Excellent spoken and written communication skills for effective client and stakeholder interactions.
- Experience : Prior experience working in a BPO environment is preferred but not required.
- Education : A background in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is highly desirable (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
