Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct comprehensive deal reviews with a focus on margins and rate cards to assess financial performance.

- Perform weekly cost reviews in collaboration with engineering, delivery, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial tracking.

- Monitor and control revenue versus actual costs, providing detailed internal, platform, and customer-wise analysis to identify discrepancies and optimize cost structures.

- Develop and maintain cost and resource utilization dashboards, leveraging tools like Power BI and Excel, to provide continuous insights on cost management and resource allocation.

- Create and manage cost and usage dashboards at the provider level and for service provider distribution to track service delivery costs.

- Regularly interface with customers to understand requirements and deliver customized dashboards tailored to their needs.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across sales, operations, and delivery to extract, analyze, and visualize data that supports informed decision-making.

- Develop actionable insights from data findings and translate them into recommendations that support business and financial objectives.

- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, including privacy and security regulations.

- Assist in financial forecasting, and scenario modeling to predict future trends related to revenue, sales, and operational efficiency.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, dashboards, and analytical processes.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in cost management, financial analysis, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of data analysis and cost structures.

- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools, including Power BI, Excel, and SQL.

- Strong proficiency in data visualization and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

- Experience in building and maintaining predictive models, financial dashboards, and supporting forecasting efforts.

- SQL expertise and experience working with large datasets to extract and analyze data.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and interface with customers.

- Understanding of data governance and the ability to maintain privacy and security standards within data management processes
