Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to lead part of our Enterprise business unit focused on B2B sales.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by retaining and expanding our existing customer base, as well as acquiring new customers in the Enterprise EdTech/Upskilling space, universities, and educational institutions for tech learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive business results, setting departmental KPIs and evaluating effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
Qualifications:
- 8+ yrs of relevant experience off which at least 2-3 years as a Sales or Business Head being responsible for Enterprise Sales.
- Prior experience working on offerings like Cloud, SaaS, etc. would be preferred.
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director working with large enterprises.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent.
