Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead our growth initiatives in North America.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our enterprise client base, and establishing Algoworks as the preferred technology partner for Fortune 1000 companies.
The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales executive with deep expertise in enterprise software sales and a passion for solving complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise deals, focusing on Digital Strategy, Transformation services, and Salesforce solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and business stakeholders to drive long-term value.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Build and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market expansion.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring consistent progress and timely follow-ups.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Own the sales pipeline, ensuring a robust funnel of high-quality opportunities with accurate forecasting.
- Partnerships & Alliances: Leverage Algoworks partnerships with Salesforce, AWS, Azure, and other key players to enhance deal flow and strengthen market positioning.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, outbound sales, delivery, and marketing teams to drive seamless client engagements and exceptional customer success.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise technology sales, preferably in growing North American business.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas and driving multi-million-dollar deals with large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, including CRM, cloud computing, and AI solutions.
- Exceptional consultative selling skills, with the ability to craft compelling value propositions for C-suite buyers.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, including RFPs, stakeholder negotiations, and contract closures.
- A highly motivated, self-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Executive level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Education:
- Bachelor is mandatory, MBA is preferred
