Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Leverage your extensive experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally with a track record of driving revenues at the scale of $5 million and beyond.

- Strategic Growth: Be the driving force behind our expansion journey, from startup to scale-up.

- Bring your expertise to the table in setting and achieving ambitious sales goals.

- Team Building and Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team.

- Your role includes setting up the team, processes, and sales culture from scratch.

- Market Penetration: Identify and prioritize key market segments within the US, devising strategies for effective penetration, and creating synergies with our AI-driven solutions.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure alignment with the company's vision, culture, and overall growth objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven success in scaling sales revenues of $5 Million and above.

- Substantial experience in leading sales teams to scale early-stage startups, with a focus on achieving rapid Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.

- Proven track record in building and leading successful sales teams from the ground up.

- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets consistently.

- In-depth knowledge and experience in selling products for the AI, L&D, or SaaS industry is a definite advantage.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
