Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with ACHNET's business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Team Management:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks to measure team success.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment to achieve targets.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Implement CRM tools and sales automation processes to streamline operations.
- Monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports to senior leadership.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain a high standard of service excellence.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide strategic insights to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or related industries.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
