Role Overview:
- Ksolves is seeking an experienced VP Sales / Director Sales (Salesforce) to drive sales strategy, lead Salesforce business development, and manage key client relationships.
- This role demands a high level of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and leadership, with the responsibility to expand our Salesforce services, close high-value deals, and increase market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Define, implement, and drive the overall sales strategy for Salesforce services.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and pursue sales targets in Salesforce, focusing on high-value clients in diverse markets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Pre-Sales and Deal Conversion: Engage in pre-sales activities, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations, to effectively close deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure client expectations align with service capabilities.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to adapt sales strategies proactively.
- Reporting and KPIs: Regularly report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to the senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12+ years in B2B technology sales with a proven track record in Salesforce-related services.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales and business development skills with expertise in Salesforce solutions and services.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team with high performance and engagement.
- Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional ability to connect with clients and understand their needs, translating them into successful partnerships.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to create and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Global Perspective: Ability to work across diverse cultures and markets, particularly in the USA and India.
