Job Summary:
- The AVP Sales at Vsynergize.ai will drive and execute high-impact sales strategies to expand our client base, focusing on AI and digital transformation solutions.
- This role demands a seasoned leader with proven expertise in B2B sales, particularly in IT services or SaaS products, who can identify new market opportunities, foster client relationships, and build high-performing sales teams.
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue goals, collaborating cross-functionally, and enhancing brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Drive revenue generation through strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Establish and track key sales KPIs, reporting to senior leadership on progress and adjustments.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Foster a collaborative and dynamic team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Business Development & Client Relationship Management:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on high-growth sectors in AI and digital solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals, while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to align on customer needs and feedback.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure the sales team is equipped with relevant skills and knowledge.
Market Analysis & Positioning:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnerships.
- Represent Vsynergize.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of sales experience in IT services, SaaS, or AI solutions, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong network in the AI and tech space, with demonstrated experience in closing large enterprise deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
