I liked working in algoworks, working conditions are amazing in past, now everything have changed.

Dislikes

working environment of algoworks have gone very down. after the merger new management firing step cretating fear and it demotivating the employee in the algoworks. algoworks have hired a attrition expert to planning the layoffs. they are sending talented people back and no job security in the algoworks like it was in the past. this is not the algoworks i joined 4 years back.
