I liked working in algoworks, working conditions are amazing in past, now everything have changed.

working environment of algoworks have gone very down. after the merger new management firing step cretating fear and it demotivating the employee in the algoworks. algoworks have hired a attrition expert to planning the layoffs. they are sending talented people back and no job security in the algoworks like it was in the past. this is not the algoworks i joined 4 years back.

When I have join in the company within few days I know I won't be able to work for long in this company because of its unengaing environment if you stuck somewhere in the project all you can do the post the issue on group where you surely don't get a response there nobody is happy to help anybody. When you are in notice period the situation is even worst. They have worst HRs. The company is Highly toxic it have it dying culture where you are not encourage to learn.Hard work is not appreciated.
