Data Analyst (4-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Analyze data from various sources (internal systems, external databases) to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.

- Create clear and concise reports, charts, and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI (a plus) to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Support the business with ad-hoc data analysis and present findings and recommendations to management and clients.

- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data analysis projects.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and data visualization.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role.

- Proven experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for data reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.

- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI a plus).

- Strong IT and mathematical skills.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A passion for data-driven decision making and a desire to contribute to process improvement initiatives
