Job Description : Junior Data Analyst

Position Overview :

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Azure to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a keen analytical mindset, a strong passion for data visualization, and a commitment to delivering actionable insights. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support data-driven decision-making and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis & Reporting :

- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights.

- Develop, maintain, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Data Modeling :

- Create and manage efficient data models and transformations using DAX to ensure high-performance reporting.

Database Management :

- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sources.

Cloud Integration :

- Utilize Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database) for cloud-based data solutions.

- Support data migration, storage, and real-time analytics on the Azure platform.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver insights.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications & Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.

- Strong expertise in DAX for advanced data calculations.

- Solid experience with SQL for querying and managing databases.

- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
