Senior Operations Manager - Medical Coding (13-17 yrs)

Job Title: Senior Manager - Medical Coding Operations

- Reporting to: Assistant Director of Operations / Director - Operations

- Span Handled: Management of a team of 150+ Medical Coders.

- To strategically manage Medical Coding Operations, ensuring consistent achievement of client SLAs, optimizing team performance, and driving continuous improvement through effective leadership, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in planning and executing short-term and long-term strategies to elevate operational efficiency and quality.

Work Experience: Minimum 13 years of overall experience in Medical Coding.

- At least 7-9 years in a management role within Medical Coding.

- Proven experience in manpower planning and staffing for large teams (150+).

- Demonstrated expertise in client management, process transitions, and managing multiple KPIs across Operations, Quality, and Training.

- Goals and Objectives: Consistently meet and exceed client SLAs.

- Achieve monthly projected targets, optimize staff utilization, and manage resource allocation.

- Drive and develop systems and processes to achieve and maintain high standards of quality.

- Effectively manage team performance, development, and engagement.

- Oversee hiring and staff movement across projects.

- Collaborate closely with the Director and Management team to develop and implement organizational policies.
