Job Description
Learning & Development and Induction
- To collate training needs through MDP, Appraisal forms, Confirmation review documents and other sources for all employees
- Preparing yearly and monthly training calendar based on Training need Assessment
- Working closely with HODs of different departments and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
- Identify and select external training agencies and accreditation bodies necessary to deliver required training
- Development of internal trainers
- Coordinating with safety department for safety training
- Regular follow-up with managers for the nomination of employees for different training programs
- Create monthly E-Learning schedules and ensure execution
- To audit MDPs and plan to review MDPs of select employees on monthly basis
- To deploy methodologies of Training Effectiveness evaluation as part of program design
- To prepare and monitor Training Slippage, Participation rate and coverage index monthly
- To create mechanism to highlight and reward learners basis their active participation in various learning initiatives
- Joining Announcement and preparing Induction Program
- Facilitate effective implementation of induction process and socialization process
- Maintain Personal file for all staff
OE
- To prepare Annual Calendar of OE activities & Implementation.
- To Organize Campaign at Unit
- To Organize Sports at Colony for employees
Talent Management & Development
- Ensuring and coordinating Potential Assessment of eligible employees and their DAC Process.
- Developing and planning of IDPs / Actions plans of Talent Pool Members and IDP Writing
- Formulate plans in consolation with Functional head for talent assessment as per business guidelines
- Facilitation for Focus talent and timely coordination their reviews on progress
- Formulate strategies for career management process of entire workforce
- Ensure that a robust succession plan is defined and implemented across all levels.
Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition
- To facilitate finalization of workforce plan and monitor through organization structure discussion and workforce planning for the unit
- Review and monitor manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment for JB 8 & below positions as per approved organization structure.
- Maintain database of potential candidates for future requirements
- Search for candidates through Websites / consultants / placement agencies / Database
- Shortlisting with DH-HRD & Hiring Manager
- To ensure adherence to various guidelines of Business/Group pertaining to Talent Acquisition process
- Facilitate effective implementation of induction process and socialization process
Establishment
- Exit Process-Online & Offline (Exit, Farewell, F&F)
- Training & Probation Assessment for new joined employees
ISO Systems & WCM
- Preparing and updating formats prescribed under ISO-9002.
- To ensure that all documents are properly maintained as per the ISO provisions with zero audit findings
- Upkeep WCM records and trends related to People Management sub-committee
MBA,Master in Human Resource Mgmt
