Job Description

  • As a Team Member Talent Staffing Governance Employer Branding, you will play a critical role in strengthening our talent acquisition governance while enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring seamless hiring governance, driving a best-in-class onboarding experience, and positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
  • You will manage background verification closures for both staff and management cadre, oversee deviation cases in hiring, and drive recruitment processes using Alt Recruit PeopleStrong ATS. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing employer branding initiatives , creating engaging hiring campaigns, and strengthening outreach to potential candidates.
  • Your role will also include consultant empanelment for India and overseas, ABG Alumni engagement, internal communication of new joinees and transfers, and proactive mapping of diverse talent pools (women veterans). Furthermore, you will spearhead digital hiring initiatives, contribute to campus recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Strategic Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement governance frameworks for background verification , covering both staff and management cadre hiring .
  2. Ensure adherence to hiring deviation protocols , reinforcing compliance and best practices.
  3. Optimize the talent acquisition process using Alt Recruit PeopleStrong ATS for efficiency and scalability.
  4. Design and execute a standardized onboarding and induction process , ensuring a positive candidate experience .
  5. Establish uniform hiring governance across all units, fostering consistency and compliance.
  6. Strengthen employer branding by crafting compelling candidate engagement strategies , employee value proposition (EVP) messaging , and recruitment marketing campaigns .
Operational Responsibilities:
  1. Manage consultant empanelment processes for both India and overseas hiring .
  2. Enhance the pre- and post-joining experience by implementing personalized engagement touchpoints .
  3. Lead ABG Alumni outreach initiatives to tap into an experienced talent pool for re-hiring.
  4. Oversee internal communication, including new joinee announcements and transfer updates .
  5. Drive diversity hiring strategies , including proactive mapping of women and veteran candidates .
  6. Oversee the hiring process on SharePoint , ensuring real-time updates on hiring and campus recruitment collaterals .
  7. Implement digital hiring solutions and leverage technology-driven campus recruitment to enhance efficiency.
Employer Branding Talent Attraction Initiatives:
  1. Enhance employer brand visibility by crafting engaging job postings, social media campaigns, and recruitment content.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to create a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that resonates with candidates.
  3. Build an impactful candidate experience strategy , ensuring seamless communication and engagement from first touchpoint to onboarding .
  4. Partner with campus teams and hiring managers to drive high-impact employer branding initiatives .
  5. Develop candidate communication templates , recruitment newsletters, and digital assets to boost talent attraction efforts .
  6. Monitor employer brand perception through candidate feedback and refine strategies to enhance engagement.
Requirements:
  1. MBA in HR from a reputed institution.
  2. 8 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Governance, and Employer Branding .
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, background verification, and ATS platforms (Alt Recruit PeopleStrong preferred) .
  4. Experience in onboarding, employer branding, and employee engagement strategies .
  5. Proven ability to build and execute recruitment marketing initiatives .
  6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills .
