- Create Line of sight properties in Mall/ HS convert them to store Launch as per budget continuously look for newer opportunities for Conversion with in the Financial year.
- Continuously update the market mapping data for Expansion opportunities plan timely entry for Cost Competitive advantage.
- Negotiate favorable terms with landlord Mall developers to get Right Location , Right Size at the Right Cost .
- Study relevant markets to understand business potential.
- Continuously monitor competition and market activities.
- Map spaces as per current and forecasted requirements.
- Maintain relationships with owners of commercial properties to shortlist potential market places.
- Ensure strong network of franchisees (Existing New ).
- Learn aboutthe processes systems with reference to RBD in particular and the organization in general.
- Establish processes and systems required for the profile and regularly monitor them.To maintain effective tracker for day-to-day updations and review with the superiors
