Job Description

Assist the packaging head by developing packaging and labelling for DCA products as per the customers need and keeping in mind various regulations. Provide best solution for storage and container loading at optimum cost.

Key Result Areas
KRA (Accountabilities) Supporting Actions

KRA1 Development of packaging for products at optimum cost 1.Explore new vendors for new pack
2.Evaluation and finalization of vendor for cost optimization and best quality
3. Prepare guidelines for filling, stacking and palletization
4.Prepare SOP for container stuffing for new products

KRA2 Development of the product labelling and placarding on container for export of hazardous chemical SOP preparations and guidelines as per the per International transport regulations, Global Harmony System for labeling

KRA3 Assist marketing team / Units for packaging and labelling requirements 1.solutions for any specific packaging requirement
2.Guide the plant to address any customer complaint related to packaging
3.Work closely with the units to pilot packaging of new products
4.Support in Vendor audit

KRA4 Ensure Safety Legal Compliance Strictly adhere to Safety legal norms and practice like WCM, Dupont Safety System etc
Qualifications:

Post Graduate Pgm. in Mgmt.

Minimum Experience Level:
4-6 Years
