Jr. Officer /Officer R&D

Job Description:

1. Design and perform chemical reactions as per plan
2. Execute reactions/ chemical processes in laboratory as assigned by the team leader
3. Execute feasibility studies, process optimization, negative experiments and lab validation batches as part of process development
4. Synthesize the impurities and perform reactions, purifications as per requirement
5. Execute Genotoxic studies, Nitrosamine impurity evaluation, safety studies and effluent treatment
6. Follow environment, health and safety guidelines as per company policy
7. Follow good laboratory practices for safety and health
8. Manage assigned R&D lab activity on day to day basis
9. Provide support for to Pilot plant and commercial batches as per requirement
10. Document the experimental details in laboratory notebook and compile the data accordingly
