About the position:
The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist is dedicated to managing the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, coordinating bulk hiring and onboarding activities in line with the organizations ramp-up schedule, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide strategic guidance on recruitment approaches
Lead candidate evaluation, salary offer discussions, and negotiation processes
Act as an advisor to hiring managers on compensation structures, workforce planning, and market trends
Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development to meet GCC growth objectives
Leverage HR business partner expertise to align recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals
Drive improvements in recruitment processes
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of talent acquisition experience and HRBP
Prior experience as an HR Business Partner, with expertise in compensation, workforce planning, and stakeholder management
Bengaluru, Karnataka
