Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our inclusive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and growth within their designated territory, focusing on identifying and engaging the ideal customer base, strategizing sales funnels, and executing various sales initiatives. This role is crucial for achieving our business objectives and fostering a diverse and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Identification & Lead Generation:
  • Engage in identifying the ideal customer base for the territory to facilitate prospecting and lead generation.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Create a value matrix and strategize the sales funnel for the product within the territory.
  • Business Database Management:
  • Build a comprehensive business database for the territory within the stipulated time limit.
  • Monthly MOP Collection:
  • Execute the collection of monthly MOP (Monthly Order Plan) from key dealers of Paint Majors.
  • Outlet Shortlisting:
  • Conduct shortlisting of prospective Tinting Machine outlets and franchise stores in the territory.
  • Credit Risk Assessment:
  • Perform a credit risk assessment for every dealer to ensure sound financial practices.
  • Benchmarking & Inventory Management:
  • Gather benchmark data on the length of credit provided by Paint Majors and understand the inventory management practices followed by dealers.
  • Team Building:
  • Build and lead a strong team of DDEs (Dealer Development Executives).
  • Trade Scheme Management:
  • Understand and present monthly trade schemes of Paint Majors and create monthly dashboards.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Execute achievement of value volume targets for the year.
  • Lead the achievement of Numeric and Weighted Reach Targets within the territory while developing key dealers.
  • Tinting Machines Management:
  • Oversee the booking, installation, and successful nurturing of Tinting Machines across outlets in the territory.
  • Trade Scheme Communication:
  • Analyse and understand all trade schemes and on-ground promotions.
  • Communicate trade schemes and promotional activity briefs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Receivables Management:
  • Manage the receivables for all dealers, ensuring timely payments and financial health.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Execute cross-functional interaction with commercial, CFA (Clearing Forwarding Agents), and other stakeholders to ensure defined service levels for dealers.
Qualifications:
12th or equivalent
Report to:
Senior Manager.
