Job Description

Report to:

Senior Vice President

The tentative Job Band for this Position is 9

To ensure sustainable social economic development of the community in which the organization operate through planning, Budgeting implementation of need based CSR activity and ensuring full implementation of RR agreement with cooperate of all concern internal external partners to build a better, sustainable way of life for the weaker section of society.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Supporting Actions

Delivery of CSR programs to beneficiaries in most effective methodology within the budgets and guidelines provided from corporate social responsibility

Planning of programs in 5 focus areas
Selection of methodology and its effectiveness
Creating livelihood programs and ensuring engaging on sustainable basis
Coordinate with Panchayat and district officer on social change and public welfare programs
Show case achievements and build branding of Mahan. ABG.
Prioritizing the programs and build flexibility to manage the expectations.

Ensure implementation of activities as per RR agreements to the satisfaction of rehabilitated people.

Awareness of principles of RR agreement to team members
Execution of hospital management, colony management, infrastructure management etc. through continuous monitoring.
Redressal as per grievance management]
Handling notices/government queries from time to time.
Managing expectations of stakeholders by continual engagement.

Qualifications:

Post Graduate,Master Of Social Work
