About the Job:
- As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will be the key driver of our clients' online success.
- You will be responsible for managing and optimizing their product listings, enhancing content, and executing promotional activities across various ecommerce platforms.
- This role demands a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master catalogs for all client products, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Managers to gather and verify product information, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
- Implement and meticulously update task trackers to monitor progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of listing activities.
- Execute the seamless listing of new products on relevant ecommerce platforms, adhering to platform-specific guidelines and timelines.
- Receive and process listing details from Brand Managers, ensuring accurate and complete information is uploaded.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth launches of new products online.
- Optimize product content, including base content, key visuals (KVs), and A+ content, to enhance product visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product search rankings.
- Analyze and leverage product data to identify areas for content improvement and optimization, ensuring a compelling customer experience.
- Develop clear and comprehensive creative briefs for designers, outlining content requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Ideate and collaborate with designers to create compelling visual assets that enhance the in-store customer experience and drive conversions.
- Ensure that all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ecommerce platform partners, including Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with partners for content execution, promotional activities, and issue resolution, ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure that all platform communication is handled professionally and efficiently, building strong relationships.
- Conduct regular in-store audits, both manually and using tools like Clavis, to assess product listing quality, content accuracy, and overall platform performance.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues detected during audits, ensuring optimal product presentation.
- Generate detailed reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement based on audit findings.
- Activate promotional banners and other marketing assets on ecommerce platforms, aligning with marketing calendars and campaigns.
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of promotional activities, maximizing visibility and impact.
- Monitor and track the performance of promotional campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing of banners and other promotional elements to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Analyze test results and implement changes based on data-driven insights, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on A/B testing results, driving data-informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce account management or a similar role
- Proven experience managing product listings and optimizing content on major ecommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience using e-retail audit tools like Clavis is a plus.
