About the Role :

AGL-Hakuhodo is seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop user interfaces using React.js and Redux.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable frontend code.

- Optimize frontend performance and user experience.

- Develop robust backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

- Implement RESTful APIs to interact with frontend and database.

- Work with MongoDB to design and manage databases.

- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and frontend developers to build end-to-end solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.

- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues in both frontend and backend code.

- Deploy applications to production environments.

- Monitor application performance and fix issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MERN stack.

- Explore new tools and techniques to improve development efficiency.

Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with React.js and Redux.

- Experience with Node.js and Express.js.

- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

- Understanding of RESTful API design and development.

- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai).

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills
