Job Description
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in enterprise account management preferably in the airport services, travel industry or banking partnerships.
- Proven track record of driving demand partnerships.
- Ability to run technical conversations to drive problem discovery and high-level solutioning
- Analytical capability to deal with the technical, contractual and financial aspects of the business
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and farm strong relationships with key demand partners such as banks, networks and other financial institutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends w.r.t. travel, airport services, card benefits, management of these benefits and key players
- Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, and work with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Work closely with the product, tech, legal, finance and marketing teams to align on platform development and GTM strategies.
- Drive sales initiatives to expand existing partnerships with set of accounts allocated.
- Candidate will manage end to end lifecycle of business with the account
- Candidates with strong farming and account mapping skills will be preferred.
