Purpose/Objective

Maintaining Aviation stores & assisting the Stores Manager and engineering teams in day to day work.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Well versed with spreadsheet applications to analyze and forecast material requirement. Ensure all due process for procurement of spares and aircraft parts are followed and documentation is maintained as per DGCA requirement. Maintaining a register/soft of parts which have a shelf life and removing those that have reached the limit. Comply with statutory compliance requirements and internal audit requirements. Solve any discrepancy raised by quality control team, finance and accounts team for related payment. Tracking of domestic shipment and maintaining a stock of spares and consumable items. Keeping a daily record of the store temperature and humidity. Maintaining a stock of consumable items. Carry out other duties as directed by immediate supervisors or reporting manager.

Technical Competencies

Understanding of Aviation store and CAMO,Vendor and cost Management,Understanding of Regulatory requirements,Knowledge of Engineering systems

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate or AME qualifications with minimum 5 year experience in stores. Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
