- Leading and coordinating the maintenance activities for various ground support equipment, including baggage tugs, aircraft pushback tugs, and conveyor belts
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and availability of equipment

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and minimize downtime
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance procedures, including the handling of hazardous materials and waste
- Documenting maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair histories accurately
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and enhance equipment performance
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of learning and developmentsibilities
