Role & responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
• Coordinating and organizing internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
• Managing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports as required
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Conducting research and compiling data to support projects and initiatives
• Acting as the point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
• Assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed
