Job Description

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the thermal plant, overseeing the production, maintenance, and optimization of processes.
Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees and contractors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing downtime.
Conduct regular assessments and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary modifications.
Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Monitor and manage the budget, expenses, and resource allocation for the thermal plant, optimizing costs without compromising quality or safety.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to propose and implement innovative solutions.
