Receiving Associate / Lead ( Lounge - Domestic & International)

Take reasonability of all incoming goods, delivery to ensure accurate against delivery note and/or invoices, take reasonability of the receiving area cleanliness, security and safety.

• Responsible for supervision of goods loading / unloading goods and materials
• Quality, food safety checking of all incoming goods and materials
• Ensure the quantity, weight, number of items are matched with delivery note or invoices
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to resolve discrepancies and issues
• Reject goods and materials if standards are not met and communicate with stakeholders
• Report discrepancies and damages to the appropriate departments
• Ensure distributing of goods and materials to different business unit
• Inputting inventory information to the designated receiving / procurement system
• Performing stock take with complete and accurate records
• Maintaining accurate and complete records of receiving, distribution, returning and stock in storage
• Follow Food Safety Management procedures
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized receiving area
• Dispose of packaging materials and debris appropriately
• Job Profile

• 5 years experience.
• Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse environment involving Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, Self-motivated, hardworking and reliable
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Strong computer and administration skills is mandatory
• Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus
• Willing to perform physical work which involve manual handling
• Willing to work on shift duty
