Job Description
Bachelors degree in engineering / Diploma Engineering

- Develop and implement project planning and control strategies to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely Production delivery.
- Lead the development of comprehensive Production schedules, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation plans.
- Establish monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate daily production plans, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement best practices in Production planning and control, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout the Production lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach teams on effective planning and control methodologies, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
