- 5 to 7 years of experience in the copper industry
- Demonstrated expertise in smelting operations and maintenance

- Oversee day-to-day smelting operations, including material handling, furnace operations, and process control
- Implement and monitor maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of smelting equipment and facilities
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a secure and sustainable work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and compliance
- Prepare reports on operational performance, maintenance activities, and compliance measures
