Project Planning Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, identify dependencies, and allocate resources effectively
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks
• Monitor project progress and performance, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion
• Prepare regular status reports and communicate project updates to key stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
• Utilize project management tools and software to streamline project planning and tracking processes
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to optimize project workflows and processes
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in project planning and management

Preferred candidate profile

• The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the Projects industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Masters degree in Project Management or related discipline (preferred)
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools
