We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager with over 10 years of experience in the Copper tubes /HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to drive business growth through effective account management of Copper tubes customer.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
• Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities to meet those needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Prepare reports on account status, including sales projections and customer feedback
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (HVAC industry preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of heating ventilation, air conditioning systems, and their applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
