Deputy Manager - Safety

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and standards in the petrochemical, plastics, and rubber industry.
• Develop and implement effective HSE policies, procedures, and training programs to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk assessments, incident investigations reports, and corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in industrial safety or a related field (HSE).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO 45001:2018 standard, EPA guidelines, etc.
• Proven track record of developing successful HSE management systems.
