Associate Manager - Projects (Mech)

Purpose/Objective

We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager - Projects (Mechanical) to join our Mining team in Parsa. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the mining industry and possess expertise in Washery Projects, Conveyor Projects, Silo Projects, and Project Documentation. As an Associate Manager - Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, leading project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of mechanical projects within the mining sector.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and manage the execution of mechanical projects within the mining sector, including Washery Projects, Conveyor Projects, and Silo Projects. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, adhering to timelines and budget constraints. - Oversee project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and compliance requirements. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving any mechanical engineering challenges that may arise during project implementation. - Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of mechanical project execution. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the mechanical projects domain. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess project risks, developing effective mitigation strategies. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards throughout project execution.

Technical Competencies

Knowledge of ASPM and API,• Strong knowledge of Washery Projects, Conveyor Projects, and Silo Projects. ,Project documentation and report generation. ,Mechanical Projects,Process Improvement/Cost Reduction,Safety and Quality

Qualifications and Experience

B. Tech/B. E in Mechanical Engineering Professional certifications in project management will be an added advantage. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Mining industry with a focus on mechanical projects.
