Purpose/Objective

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the successful execution of airport projects within the vibrant and dynamic environment of Adani. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of airport projects in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities of Role

As a Project Coordinator at Adani, your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: · Coordinate and oversee all aspects of airport projects in Jaipur, Rajasthan · Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met · Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise · Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards · Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency · Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes · Prepare regular project reports and presentations for management review · Lead project meetings and provide guidance to project team members

Technical Competencies

Digital Dexterity,Project management experience in the Airport Projects industry,Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools,Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the Airport Projects industry, demonstrating strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive projects to completion within specified timelines
