Food And Beverage Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction focusing on Food & Beverage operations, guest services, and hotel/lounge safety and security.
• Assist in creating monthly forecasts, planning operating staff, and monitoring actual sales and revenues to assess goal accomplishments.
• Maintain high visibility during peak hours, engage guests, and handle complaints promptly.
• Supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food, beverage, and service, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate policies, implement new products and procedures, and discuss areas of opportunities and special events.
