Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage food and beverage operations, including cafeteria management, canteen management, hotel management, hospitality management, and catering services.
  
• Ensure efficient service delivery to guests by coordinating with kitchen staff, waiters, bartenders, and other departments.
  
• Maintain high standards of quality control in food preparation and presentation.
  
• Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in F&B industry (cafeteria/canteen/hotel/hospitality).
  
• Strong knowledge of BHM principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
  
• Graduate degree from a recognized university (B.A/BHM/BHM).
