Educational Qualification:

- Proven track record of 20 years in senior leadership roles within the Energy industry, with a focus on digital transformation, technology innovation, and operational optimization.
- Demonstrated success in driving digital initiatives, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and delivering transformative business outcomes.
- Expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving strategic change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the overall business objectives, leveraging emerging technologies and digital innovations to drive growth, operational efficiency, and customer value.
Lead the digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the development and implementation of digital solutions, automation, and data-driven insights to optimize business processes, enhance performance, and drive sustainable value creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital opportunities, build robust business cases, and drive the adoption of digital technologies across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and industry leaders to stay abreast of the latest trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive digital innovation to maintain a competitive edge in the Energy industry.
Provide visionary leadership to the digital team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence, while developing talent, promoting diversity, and building a high-performing digital organization.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives, track performance, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in digital operations and processes.
Report directly to the executive leadership team, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations on digital strategy, initiatives, and performance to drive business growth and innovation.
Provide leadership and guidance to team and coaching to the team to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles. - Ensure training and continuous learning of team
