Job Description
- Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms and conditions for Adani.
- Oversee the review, analysis, and interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor a team of contract administrators to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on contract management and vendor relationships.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for contract administration and monitor performance against targets.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of contract management processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and dispute resolution.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration within the mining industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex contracts and negotiations.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams to achieve strategic objectives.
